Consulting
Consultations are available for churches that need a more customized approach to developing generosity as part of their church DNA. A consultation day includes 6-8 hours of diagnosis, assessment and strategic planning to help your church take its next step in becoming generous.
Immersion Event
If you would like to give your congregation a kick start on the generosity journey, the Immersion Event is for you. This 2.5-3 hour event will expose your congregation to the needs of the world, the opportunities for ministry and the call of God on churches to be generous. It is a great first step in implementing a generosity plan in you church.
Generous Church Summit
The Generous Church Summit is a training to help leaders create a culture of generous giving in their churches. The first half of the summit creates the thirst for leaders and churches to become generous. The second half looks more like a strategic planning session in which the participants take the principles they have learned and apply them to their churches. The entire summit is filled with round table interaction so that your team goes home on the same page.
This is a team event! Our desire is for you to bring a team of eight people that include a good mix of staff and lay people. They should be like-minded and have a heart for seeing generosity of time, talent and treasure become a core value at your church. Your team should be those who can carry out any vision for improvement that God may give you at the event.

Hire A Coach
If your church needs more than just a strategic plan to get generosity rolling, the coaching option may be right for you. In our coaching module, a generous culture specialist will invest in 8-12 leaders from your church for three months. All members of the team will be exposed to generosity and leadership principles through reading, listening and viewing, as well as group interactions and experiences. Three members of the team will receive personal instruction and training on how to the lead the team. At the end of three months, the team presents a one year plan to church leadership.
The coaching process is a 3-month commitment of 5 hours per week, plus 3-4 meetings with Scott Ridout.
